Pork chops with lemongrass and garlic

The kitchen wench is spoiled. Seriously.

Last night Jack made pork chops with lemongrass and garlic. You should make these tonight.

He used:

2 large pork chops bone in

3 stalks lemongrass chopped

2 tbsp cilantro roots chopped

3 cloves garlic chopped

1-2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp brown sugar

sprinkling of veg oil

This marinated overnight and he pan fried them until they were pink. He’s sending me off to work with leftovers today, his for tonight are pictured.

He also made a yellow curry with chicken pieces, potatoes, peanuts and bamboo shoots.
