Jamaica – a refreshing summer drink

Jamaica has become my go-to hydration for when I get home out of the heat.

It is so simple to make (water/sugar/lime/dried hibiscus flowers) and is very refreshing. I typically make it with a handful of hibiscus flowers to 2 quarts of water. The kitchen wench is sweet enough (haha) so I don’t use sugar, but most people do. I’m including a link to a recipe that includes sugar and lime for anyone who wants exact ingredients. Get your dried hibiscus flowers at Food City or any Mexican-style supermarket.
