Just got a jar of Piquillo peppers from DeFalco’s deli. Does anyone out there have a good recipe for pimientos rellenos? I got inspired to make them since there was a “canned tuna challenge” on Iron Chef a couple of nights ago. I think it was Bobby Flay who stuffed them with tuna and then fried them in a batter made with flour and prosecco (Italian sparkling wine). Or maybe it was fizzy water. Either way, they looked delicious.
